For women who carry unresolved fears, inadequacies and loss of meaning: How to creatively access insight and powerful inner guidance
Reclaiming our wisdom is a 5 week online course, that uses tools and art therapy exercises to reclaim your powerful inner knowing. The course empowers women to journey deep within themselves to find the answers they are longing to hear. Using art therapy methods and activities, the course will encourage deep reflection and often unexpected answers that cannot usually be accessed through verbal means.
This special course has very limited numbers to ensure each group member has a chance to process their art with experienced art therapist, Kate Leppard via a live call each week.

HeART space: a sacred circle for sharing art, dreams and wildest imaginings, exercises and projects honouring our creativity. From time to time we will gather online, create and share our art. I will share an exercise once a month. The group is also welcome to suggest ideas.

Dreaming Group
Held on a monthly basis in Toronto, the dreaming group explores dreams through working through symbolic language of the dream. It recognizes that the dreamer is the only person who knows its meaning and the group supports the exploration of this. Resources that support the group are www.mossdreams.com and www.toko-pa.com
