The heART CallThe heART call is a three week online journey into deep listening and creativity through art therapy. You will receive different models each week including videos, meditations and guidelines to create an intuitive painting.
This course is for you if... * You don't consider yourself to be an artist but are curious about how your creativity can help you gain insight and on reflect your life * You are a therapist or counsellor and are curious how art could help you in your own reflection process and gain deeper insight into yourself and/or your clients process |
* You recognize yourself as an artist and have a feeling there is something deeper in your art that you would like to understand but you haven't been able to work out what it is
* You have taken other self development workshops and art therapy keeps arising in your life. Maybe in your Facebook feed, in a colouring book you see at a store or a friend has mentioned it etc and you are curious
* You are a member of heART space or other art therapy group and you are ready to explore a little deeper
