Often we find a thousand excuses why we are busy or can't fit one of the things that bring us most joy into our lives. No one is holding us accountable so it slowly slips away and we realize the good intention we had to start a new painting or follow that creative course or activity is gone. We wonder where did the artist go? Why aren't I as creative as I used to be?

Our creative life force is the juice of our lives and the more we creative the more we manifest in the world. When we create, it's like something that was deeply sleeping awakens! And this filters out to every part of our lives!

heART to heART is an invitation for 12 people to go on a journey together. Each person creates the cover of a sketchbook, chooses a theme (can be discussed in the group) and creates three pages inside. The sketchbook is then mailed throughout the group on a rotation schedule with each person completing art in each journal. After 12 months, the original creator keeps their original sketchbook.

HeART to heART was born out of a project I did in 2010 'Drawing together, dreaming together' where one person made a mark and another person responded until they had created a finished piece. The project later became a sketch book between myself and two friends in different parts of the world to symbolize our friendship and commitment to creativity. I loved getting a surprise package each month!

Participants receive guidelines, private Facebook group to discuss their journey, ongoing support and an online art exhibition at the end on www.kateleppard.com showcasing their journey with links to the artists website.

Participants must be committed to the year long project. No art experience is necessary. Materials or postage are not included.
