I work with people, just like you, to help them recover a sense of identity, move through their challenges, grief or trauma and help them heal and gain insight.
I can support you to live a more amazing and vibrant life, full of purpose, creativity and vitality. Art Therapy is an incredible tool for healing and transformation. I also offer dream analysis as a way to uncover your inner wisdom and deep knowing and am trained in using somatic tools to help you become aware of unconscious patterns and trauma responses and teach you the tools to move out of these loops stepping towards your potential. |
