Over the course of eight transformative weeks, you will embark on a journey through your body and mind, gaining deep insight and practical tools to help you:
• Cultivate a deep sense of safety and embodiment: Learn to listen to your body, understand emotional signposts, and shift nervous system patterns that are keeping you stuck. • Explore and release emotional blockages: Work through grief, unexpressed emotions, and traumatic memories through somatic practices and creative expression. • Unlock the power of your creativity: Tap into your innate creativity to process and express your thoughts, feelings, and desires. • Reclaim your authentic self: Embody your true self through mindful movement and artistic expression that integrates mind, body, and soul.

• Week 1: Foundations – Safety in the Body
Learn to ground yourself and create a sense of safety within through somatic practices and art. • Week 2: Emotional Awareness – Emotional Signposts and Regulation Discover tools to identify, understand, and regulate your emotions with creative expression. • Week 3: Sensing the Self – Somatic Attunement Deepen your connection to your body and awaken new ways of perceiving the world. |
• Week 4: Creative Expression – Play and Pleasure
Rediscover joy and creativity through playful and embodied exploration. • Week 5: Recognizing Patterns Identify recurring patterns in your life and body, and explore them through art and observation. • Week 6: Processing & Letting Go – Tending to Sensations Support release and transformation by meeting your body’s sensations with care. • Week 7: Blooming – Orienting to Life Anchor into your personal growth and align your life with what truly matters. • Week 8: Closure – Weaving It All Together Reflect, integrate, and create a vision for your next steps on your journey. |
