Please experiment and start to use these tools whenever you are feeling/experiencing dysregulation (which could look like irritation, wanting to run away, getting confused, being in a stressful situation etc) if you don't have a safer space to explore these emotions and allow them to move through you or you need to
As I shared in the video, these tools might not resonate for you and I encourage you to trust your own inner knowing. There are many different ways to regulate.
