WEEK 1: LETTING GO
In the first week you will focus on letting go of what is holding you back. You will have access to a series of exercises designed to liberate you from your blockages and to set you free to live your dream life! You will be guided through: * An art therapy ritual in nature * An exercise to release stuck energy in the body, * A meditation designed to bring focus and clarity * Guidance on journalling |
WEEK 3: WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?
In the third week, you will be guided through a powerful and life changing meditation designed to get to the core of your being and uncover what your true purpose is and how you want to live your life. We will then work with this information in a painting to consolidate our vision. WEEK 4: ENVISIONING YOUR PATH
In the fourth week, you will begin to integrate the previous weeks revelations, clarity and create a visionboard and then you will be set a challenge to take your true purpose out into the world. This is an empowering exercise where you truly begin to step into your authentic self. |
