Hello beautiful women!
I'm excited to share this 9-week online art therapy group with you. This course is devoted to women, like you, who want to go deeper on their journey into their creativity, gaining awareness and personal insight.

Each week you will be given a directive (we are currently focusing on moon phases) to make art on (in any media). At the end of that week, the group of 5-8 women, meets online for a 2 hour zoom call to process what they have made. The group is confidential and supportive. Members remain the same during the 9 week cycle.     

For women who have previously taken the phases of the moon group, you can now sign up for 'the weaving'

* You do not need to be an artist to be part of this group but keen to explore themes through symbols and images each week

This course is for you if....

* You are re-immersing yourself in your art again after a break and are looking for a supportive environment and accountability

* You want to join a powerful group of women exploring their creativity

* You are looking for a space to deepen your understanding about yourself or your art and the link to your cycles 

* You want to explore issues such as grief and loss, trauma, unexpressed emotions or feeling isolated and come to terms with it through your art

* You want to experience art therapy but can't afford one to one sessions

* You want to understand the deep symbolic meaning of the art you make or images/symbols you choose or are drawn to
